Kendall-Jackson Vintner's Reserve Chardonnay Kendall-Jackson Winery was founded in 1982 by the late Jess Jackson and his wife Barbara Banke. This wine is the flagship wine of the estate. The grapes for this wine are grown in California’s cool climate coastal vineyards in Monterey, Santa Barbara, Mendocino and Sonoma. The wines are barrel-aged in French and American oak for toastiness and are aged on their lees to add classic creaminess and fatness. TASTING NOTES “Beautifully integrated tropical flavours such as pineapple, mango and papaya, with citrus notes that explode in your mouth. These flavours delicately intertwine with aromas of vanilla and honey to create depth and balance throughout. A hint of toasted oak and butter rounds out the long, lingering finish.
